DiamondBack manufactures the toughest, most secure, truck bed covers in the world, and a host of additional accessories sold with them. To do this, we cut, bend, and weld aluminum panels and parts, in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. Our assemblers are trained on various products and processes in our shop so that we can work as a team to accomplish production goals. Our company is building a team culture where we succeed together and are looking for assemblers to become part of that team.
At DiamondBack, production jobs work 35 hours a week, while getting paid for 40 hours. We believe that if we work smart, we can get just as much done in 35 hours as others get done in 40 hours. This gives us more time to invest in our families and to enjoy our hobbies. We work 4 short days and 1 long day each week (all weekdays). For this opening, the short day is from 11:15 am - 5:30 pm, the long day is from 7:00 am - 5:30 pm.
