DiamondBack Automotive Accessories, Inc. is seeking a Team Assembler for a 35-hour work week with pay for 40 hours. You will learn multiple products in a fast-growing central PA manufacturing setting, following established processes and safety guidelines.

You’ll join a team that values quality, pride in craft, and long-term careers in a collaborative shop. Responsibilities include operating hand tools, assembling parts, and meeting production goals while standing most of the shift and lifting up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate effectively among all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Follow best practices and processes.
• Operate hand tools.
• Install assembly parts.
• Stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, walk, reach.
• Withstand frequent and repetitive wrist/hand movement.
