LearningWorks is seeking a part-time LearningWorks After School Teaching Site Coordinator in Biddeford, ME. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations of a four-day-afterschool program for elementary students, ensuring a structured, engaging learning environment and strong family-school communication.
The TSC will support recruitment, enrollment, and program planning while partnering with Afterschool Directors on curriculum and continuous improvement. In-person work is required.

LearningWorks Afterschool (LWAS) provides high-quality academic intervention and enrichment programming for elementary students. LWAS partners with local school districts to help students strengthen foundational literacy and mathematics skills, improve school engagement, and develop the social-emotional skills necessary for long-term academic success.
LearningWorks Afterschool is funded primarily through 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) grants and is delivered in partnership with local school districts.
The Teaching Site Coordinator (TSC) is responsible for coordinating and leading the daily operation of an afterschool program that combines targeted academic instruction, enrichment experiences, and positive development. The TSC serves as both an instructional leader and site manager, supervising program staff, maintaining strong communication with families and school partners, and ensuring students experience a safe and engaging learning environment.
Outside of program hours, additional time is dedicated to planning, staff meetings, professional development, family engagement, and administrative oversight.
