Job Duties | The School of Art and Design at East Carolina University seeks qualified applicants for a temporary, fixed-term Teaching Instructor or Teaching Assistant Professor to teach in the area of multidisciplinary art and foundations using our Shared Experiences Curriculum. This position will teach 3-4 three-credit courses for the 2025 Spring Semester and will engage with other faculty departmental activities such participation in recruitment events; will help coordinate the Spring 2025 Undergrad Exhibitions; will support students by serving as an additional resource for their First-Year experience; will attend faculty meetings and faculty development workshops; participate in service to the School, College, University and community; and other activities as appropriate. This position is not benefits-eligible. This position is contingent upon available funding. |
