Salary: $23,243 - $35,614 commensurate with experience

Locations: Sites in Saratoga Springs & Hudson Falls

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am-2:45pm

Responsibilities

• Assist and supervise students during instructional and non-instructional times, including supporting students' use of available instructional resources and materials.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students on tasks, projects or assignments.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback through the use of the school-wide behavior management system for instructional and non-instructional activities.
• Help maintain an organized and engaging classroom environment.
• Assist with data collection, record keeping or other tasks related to classroom activities.
• Communicate regularly with the teacher to provide information about students and support behavioral and instructional goals.
• Collaborate with a team to develop, implement and review support plans for students.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and records.
• Participate in staff development and training to maintain or develop increased professional knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Transcript with proof of graduation.
• Certified or certifiable as a teaching assistant.
