Turnstone Center in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the Kimbrough Early Learning Center. This on-site, 15-hour-per-week role supports teachers with daily activities, classroom routines, and child engagement for ages 2–5.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience with preschoolers, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to Indiana state licensing standards. Preferred CPR/First Aid and CDA credential.

This position is a non-exempt, on-site position working 15 hours per week. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 2:30-5:30 pm.
Our Kimbrough Early Learning Center (KELC) is for children of all abilities between the ages of 2 and 5. Our Teaching Assistants help support the teachers in each classroom during the daily routine. The children enjoy socialization with their peers and learn skill development and school-readiness through planned curriculum and experiential opportunities. The children in the KELC spend time on Turnstone's accessible playground, and also have supervised access to Turnstone's warm water therapy pool.
