Job summary

About the role

Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team, you will promote positive behaviour, monitor progress, and help create a safe, supportive learning environment where the pupil can thrive.

Role Requirements

• Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent UK Educational qualification is desirable.
• Previous experience working in Educational is essential.
• A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
• Experience supporting SEN is required
• An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
