Job summary

Paterson Public Schools seeks a Spanish Teacher with New Jersey Spanish Teacher Certification to serve elementary and/or middle school students, using NJSLS and NJSLA, and employing data-driven instruction to improve student outcomes.

The position requires effective instructional practices, strong communication with staff, students, parents, and the community, and proficiency with interactive instructional software.

Qualifications

• Must hold New Jersey Spanish Teacher Certification.
• Knowledge of the NJSLS and NJSLA.
• Effective instructional practices and strategies.
• Ability to analyze and use data to drive instruction.
• Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and good moral character.
• Must be a critical thinker, problem solver, and respect others.
