Monticello Middle School is seeking a dynamic Spanish teacher for a part-time, long-term substitute role. The teacher will deliver Spanish instruction at the middle school level and provide EL support, collaborating with the team to create engaging lesson plans.

Ideal candidates hold a Minnesota secondary Spanish teaching license and are committed to district goals, student learning, and culturally responsive practices.

Qualifications

• Current secondary Spanish teaching license for the State of Minnesota.
• Understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards for content area.
• Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs and the district's strategic plan.
• Inspires and engages all students in relevant learning.
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families.
• Experience with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred.
