Job Summary:

Monticello Middle School is seeking a dynamic person to teach Spanish. This person must be a team player, be willing to closely collaborate and plan lessons, and successfully plan and deliver Spanish instruction. Primary role would be teaching Spanish and providing EL support.

Licensure:

• Current secondary Spanish teaching license for the State of Minnesota
• Understanding of the Minnesota Academic Standards for content area
• Establishes a culture for learning by supporting the mission, beliefs and the strategic plan of the district
• Inspires and engages all students in relevant learning
• Maintain confidentiality of information about students, staff and families
• Experience working with diverse students and families - experience/training with CLR (Culturally Linguistically Responsive) methods preferred
