Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Teacher to join a nurturing child care team in Kentwood, Michigan. You will provide daily care, follow licensing guidelines, and deliver a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
