Job summary

Learning Care Group in Texas is hiring a Teacher to provide caring, high-quality classroom experiences for children. Follow licensing guidelines and contribute to a safe, engaging learning environment.

You will observe and assess children's development, implement our curriculum, communicate with families, and participate in ongoing training and credential programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Meet state education requirements for the role.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.
