Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring teachers in Wisconsin. You will care for children, implement our curriculum, and engage families to support development in a safe, nurturing classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Able to meet state requirements for education and center standards.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop observation, assessment and planning skills and communicate effectively with families.
• Complete extensive training covering childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences.
