Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring dedicated Teachers to care for children at our centers in Fort Worth, TX. You will follow licensing guidelines and our standards to ensure daily care, safety, and development.

You will observe and plan for children, communicate with families, and deliver interactive lessons using our proprietary curriculum. We seek energetic, dependable individuals 18+, with experience in licensed childcare and the ability to work indoors or outdoors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Able to meet state education requirements for the role.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children and communicate effectively with families.
• Implement the proprietary curriculum and create fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
