Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form with all levels of management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships internal and external.
• Ability to use computers and standard office software, district databases, spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction based on provided lesson plans and objectives when teachers are absent.
• Cover classrooms campus-wide as needed and support campus duties.
• Manage student behavior and classroom routines.
• Take attendance and complete required documentation.
• Build professional relationships with students, staff, families, and campus leadership.
• Work with experienced teachers to strengthen instructional planning and practices.
• Support campus-wide duties (duty, lunch, dismissal, testing).
• Communicate coverage needs to administration and attend staff meetings.
