Job summary

Learning Care Group in Texas is hiring compassionate teachers to care for children and support families in our centers.

As a Teacher, you will follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children's development, communicate with families, and implement our proprietary curriculum. Experience in licensed childcare is a plus.

Qualifications

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training that provides insight on childcare, preschool and development topics.
• Implement our proprietary curriculum while creating fun, interactive learning experiences for the children.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in a licensed childcare center following state requirements and company policies.
• Observe and assess child development, and communicate progress with families.
• Engage children with developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum.
• Collaborate with team members to create a safe, engaging classroom environment.
