Job summary

New Hanover County Schools seeks an Elementary/Teacher-Elementary to join Sunset Park Elementary for the 2026-27 school year. The role is a regular 10-month contract with full benefits, and the incumbent must remain at the same school for three school years per Board Policy 7440.

Salary follows the NC Teacher Salary Scale plus a local supplement as outlined by the district. The Hard to Fill (HTF) schedule provides monthly and annual supplements based on years of experience, ranging from $700
