The College of Western Idaho (CWI) is seeking an Adult Education Community Learning Center Instructor to provide individualized and small-group instruction while helping students navigate Adult Education programs, resources, and educational pathways.
In this role, you'll support learners in English language acquisition, digital literacy, and pre-college academic subjects while creating a welcoming environment where students can develop skills, overcome barriers, and work toward their educational and career goals.
CWI's Adult Education programs provide accessible learning opportunities for individuals seeking to strengthen foundational academic, language, and digital skills. As part of the Community Learning Center (CLC), you'll have the opportunity to work directly with diverse adult learners, connect them with valuable resources, and provide the personalized support they need to succeed.
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
