LEARN Behavioral in Philadelphia is seeking a Professional Development and Outreach Coordinator to design and deliver training across school- and community-based sites. You will manage development systems, support consultative services, and help build sustainable procedures that strengthen program quality.

You’ll partner with program leaders to identify training needs, coordinate outreach activities, and oversee in-home consultative staff, ensuring data-informed decisions and client-centered

Overview

As the Professional Development and Outreach Coordinator, you’ll support the Trellis mission by developing and coordinating training, guidance, and support across school- and community-based sites. You’ll manage professional development systems, support consultative services, coordinate community outreach, and help build sustainable procedures that strengthen program quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create and coordinate professional development and training presentations across programs

Develop and revise training materials and maintain individual training documentation

Manage growth opportunities for school- and clinic-based instructors

Partner with program leaders to identify training needs and plan professional development

Support community outreach, off-site programs, and partnership development

Manage in-home consultative staff and assignments and help build sustainable systems, procedures, and data practices

Physical Requirements

Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs. and walk, stand, or sit for extended periods. Requires effective verbal and written communication, the ability to recognize when something is wrong or may go wrong, organize information or actions according to established rules, and maintain concentration on tasks without distraction.
