Learn It Academic Services is seeking a Professional Development Facilitator to lead training and outreach across school- and community-based programs in New Orleans. You will build and coordinate professional development, ensuring materials and documentation are up to date while guiding instructors and partners.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, collaboration, and data-informed decision making, with a focus on sustainable program quality improvements.

Overview

As the Professional Development and Outreach Coordinator, you’ll support the Trellis mission by developing and coordinating training, guidance, and support across school- and community-based sites. You’ll manage professional development systems, support consultative services, coordinate community outreach, and help build sustainable procedures that strengthen program quality.
