Job summary

Learn It Systems is seeking a Professional Development Facilitator to lead and coordinate training across school- and community-based sites. You will develop and revise training materials, manage documentation, and support program leaders in identifying training needs.

The role emphasizes building sustainable systems, data-informed decision-making, and partnership development to strengthen program quality and outcomes.

Overview

As the Professional Development and Outreach Coordinator, you’ll support the Trellis mission by developing and coordinating training, guidance, and support across school- and community-based sites. You’ll manage professional development systems, support consultative services, coordinate community outreach, and help build sustainable procedures that strengthen program quality.
