Two Rivers Supervisory Union is seeking a dedicated teacher to serve in the Autism Program at Ludlow Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This full‑time position will support students in Pre‑K through Grade 6, with a focus on meeting the needs of students with Autism.
This program supports students’ integration into mainstream classroom settings while providing targeted academic instruction, behavioral support, and social‑emotional learning to promote success across academic and functional domains. The long‑term substitute will work closely with the special education team and related service providers to ensure continuity of instruction and implementation of student plans.
Qualifications:
Valid Vermont teaching license preferred or eligible for VT licensure
Special Education or Early Childhood endorsement strongly preferred
Experience working with students with Autism and developmental differences preferred
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
