Job summary

Treehouse Learning Center LLC is seeking a caring Teacher Assistant to support the lead teacher at our Lynn, MA center. You will help children learn and grow in a safe, nurturing, inclusive environment, handling daily routines and activities.

The role emphasizes bilingual communication with families, collaboration with staff, and adherence to state licensing requirements. This is a full-time, in-person position at our Oxford Street location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
• Spanish and English bilingual communication skills required.
• Previous childcare or educational experience preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass required background screening and meet state licensing requirements.

• Supervise and engage children during learning activities, play, meals, and transitions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.

• Assist with diapering, toileting, feeding, and other personal-care needs when required.
