As an Assistant Teacher, you will follow licensing guidelines, engage with children indoors or outdoors, observe and plan activities, and communicate with families. We provide training, tuition reimbursement, credential assistance, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and childdevelopment topics.
• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities
