Treehouse Learning Center LLC in Lynn, MA is seeking a compassionate Infant and Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children develop physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally at our Boston Street center.

You will plan developmentally appropriate learning experiences, provide attentive supervision, observe child progress, maintain records, and communicate closely with families while collaborating with colleagues in a warm, team-focused environment.

• At least one year of experience as an infant or toddler teacher or related early-childhood role.

Treehouse Learning Center LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Infant and Toddler Teacher for our Boston Street center in Lynn, Massachusetts. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where young children can develop physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an infant or toddler teacher, or in a similar early-childhood role.
• An Early Childhood Education degree or relevant Massachusetts EEC certification.
• Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in an active classroom environment.
• Ability to pass required background screening and meet state licensing requirements.
