LMACCC is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Teacher in Boston, MA to support early childhood learning in a warm, safe environment. You will engage with children and families daily, helping growth and development in a hands-on setting.

Two positions are available for ages 12 months–2 years and 18 months–2 years 9 months, with a 10 am–6 pm schedule. Benefits include MBTA pass, parking, medical, dental, vision, life and disability protection, and a 403(b) plan.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working with children.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• No certifications required.

We’re looking for a dedicated Full-Time Assistant Teacher to join our warm and supportive team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping children's minds, fostering their growth, and building meaningful connections with both children and families.

What You’ll Do:

• Gain a positive, hands‑on experience and learn directly from our teachers!
• We currently have two positions to fill:12 months through 2 years &18 months through 2 years and 9 months
• Work a full‑time schedule from10 am-6 pm
• Provide an encouraging, welcoming, andsafe environment that meets the needs of young children
• Play and interact with children on a daily basis, supporting their developmental and social growth

What You’ll Need:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
