• Bilingual in Spanish and English to communicate with children and families.
• Experience in childcare or educational settings preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily lesson activities and routines.
• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate learning activities, play, and meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's daily progress.
• Support children with special needs and ensure inclusive participation in all activities.
• Follow all childcare regulations, licensing requirements, and center policies.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, feeding, and other personal care needs as required.
