Job summary

Bambini Montessori Academy is seeking a caring Teacher Aide to support the lead teacher in a safe, nurturing classroom for young children. The role involves assisting with daily activities, supervising play, and maintaining a welcoming environment on-site in Maryland.

This position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a Montessori setting. Applicants should be 18+ with at least 1 year of related childcare experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assisting teachers with daily classroom activities

Teacher Aide – Job Description

As a Teacher Aide, you will support the lead teacher in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. Responsibilities may include:

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Schedule Options:

• Full-time: 8-hour shifts
• Part-time: 3+ hours per day

Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM

Location: On-site; telework not available
