Job summary

Bay Cove Human Services is seeking staff to lead developmental play groups for infants and toddlers, planning engaging activities and preparing materials daily. You will assist with setup and cleanup, maintain crafts supplies, and keep spaces organized to support a safe learning environment.

Applicants must be 18+, with at least some experience with infants/toddlers preferred, and be able to work with a diverse population.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of one year previous work experience with infants and toddlers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead developmental play groups as assigned.
• Plan curriculum and activities.
• Prepare materials for group, and assist with set up before group.
• Assist with cleanup following group.
• Maintain arts / crafts supplies for groups.
• Prepare bleach/water solutions daily and place in kitchen, bathrooms and classrooms.
• Maintain classroom toys.
• Maintain first floor physical space.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to be flexible, open and responsive to direction

Physical Requirements

• Ability to go up and down stairs
