TP Tea Berkeley is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations in our in-person cafe. You will support the shop manager with inventory, payroll, scheduling, and customer service, ensuring tea quality and friendly service.

The role welcomes beginners and values teamwork, reliability, and a positive, can-do attitude. Flexible shifts and weekend coverage are common, with 40 hours per week and opportunities for advancement for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services preferred.
• Barista experience preferred.
• Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the shop manager on inventory counting, payroll, and scheduling.
• Adhere to TP Tea standards, health regulations, and quality expectations for tea, freshness, and presentation.
• Greet customers warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about ingredients.
