SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a skilled 3rd level support specialist to help clients optimize the Tea Leaf Tool integration with mobile and web applications. You will follow customer interactions and guide teams on best practices across locations.

You will research and shape future-state strategies, including tagging, data capture, and analytics tooling, while collaborating with project teams and SaaS vendors to ensure seamless deployment.

Competenze

Job Description

The resource will provide 3rd level support-how to use the Tea Leaf Tool and how it will interface with applications, following customer interactions, how customers move around mobile applications and maintenance of the Digital Analytics Toolset across the enterprise. They will be interfacing with project teams on how to incorporate tea leaf into environment.

This candidate would also be involved in researching and strategy for future state, including tools, tagging, capturing data.

Experience with TeaLeaf

Experience with Splunk Dashboards

Experience with Tags

Experience with Adobe

Experience working with Software as a Service Vendors

Experience and/or knowledge of Internet Applications a plus

Experience and/or knowledge of Mobile Native Applications a plus

Ability to create, review, and update technical documentation

Ability to navigate the organization and collaborate across locations

Ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization

Ability to cultivate effective working relationships and empower others

Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment

Ability to foster innovation, encourage diversity of thought, and incorporate new ideas
