Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Tealeaf specialist to install, upgrade, patch, configure data processing pipelines, and manage Tealeaf implementations including PCA, Canisters, Portal, and Replay server. The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on Tealeaf experience and strong analytical, presentation, and collaborative skills.

Applicants must be US citizens with recent US residence, willing to work onsite in Raleigh, NC and perform in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of eight to twelve years' relevant experience.
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required; if not, four additional years of related experience.
• Typically performs all functional duties independently.
• Special credentials may be required at Task Order level.

• Strong in understanding the inner workings of Tealeaf replay, with the ability to troubleshoot replay fidelity issues, configure Tealeaf to optimize replay fidelity, and work with the web team to explain what changes we need from them
• Ability to work seamlessly and efficiently with both local and remote teams, and manage follow-up on a large number of diverse issues/questions
• Familiar with cloud computing and cloud Tealeaf implementation
• Familiarity with Splunk

Education/Experience

• A minimum of eight (8) to twelve (12) years' relevant experience.
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If the individual's degree is not in the applicable field then four additional years of related experience is required.
• Typically performs all functional duties independently.
• Note: Special credentials (licenses and/or certifications) may be required at the Task Order level on a case-specific basis.

Additional Provisions

• Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.
• Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process.
• If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance.
• All candidates must be a US Citizen.
• Candidate must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
• Cannot have more than 6 months' travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
