Job summary

Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Brewer Trainee to brew high-quality teas and beverages following Milo’s quality and safety standards.

The role requires adherence to recipes, proper equipment operation, and strict schedule management. The successful candidate will perform pre-shift setup, monitor brew processes, and assist in routing finished beverages to filling tanks while maintaining HAACP charts and required paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, notes, and basic math.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate brew setup and ensure machines are ready for use.
• Report machine or product issues promptly.
• Manage piping and run times for brewing and storage.
• Monitor temperatures and pressures to maintain quality.
• Follow HAACP procedures and update brew paperwork.
• Work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as required.
