Job summary

The Brewer Trainee is a hands-on role at Milo’s Tea Company in Tulsa, focused on brewing high quality teas and beverages in line with Milo’s quality and safety standards. You will support the PM shift and collaborate with the production TEAm to meet daily production goals.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to stand for extended periods. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and basic math.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-shift brew setup and ensure equipment is ready for operation.
• Monitor brewing processes and ensure accordance with recipes and timings.
• Disassemble and assemble piping to route tea to storage tanks and finish products.
• Maintain HAACP charts and required brewing paperwork; follow safety standards.
• Assist in cleaning and CIP procedures as required; participate in continuous improvement.
