Milo's Tea Company Inc in Owasso, OK is seeking a Brewer Trainee to brew high-quality teas and beverages following Milo's standards for quality and safety. You will complete pre-shift setup, monitor equipment, and ensure processes meet scheduled run times in a production environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to stand and bend for long periods. Rotating shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to lift, carry and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, kneel and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-shift brew set-up and ensure machines are ready for operation.
• Report machine or product deficiencies to appropriate personnel immediately.
• Perform brew rinse procedures and reassemble piping as required.
• Manage bottle cut procedures and communicate with production areas.
• Brew beverages with strict adherence to scheduled run times.
• Disassemble/assemble piping to route brewed tea to storage tank.
• Routinely monitor temperature and pressure gauges.
• Brew to meet ingredient specs, quality standards and health requirements.
• Perform CIP procedures for tanks and piping post production.
• Route finished products to appropriate filling tanks.
• Maintain HAACP charts and brew paperwork.
• Work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends as required.
• Participate in Corporate Responsibility programming.
