Milo’s Tea Company, Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Brewer Trainee to brew high-quality teas and beverages following Milo’s quality and safety standards.
The role requires adherence to recipes, proper equipment operation, and strict schedule management. The successful candidate will perform pre-shift setup, monitor brew processes, and assist in routing finished beverages to filling tanks while maintaining HAACP charts and required paperwork.

The Brewer Trainee is responsible for brewing high quality teas and beverages with strict adherence to Milo’s standards of quality and safety as scheduled.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, see, talk and hear. The employee is required to stand, walk, stoop or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. All applicants must have the ability to stay at work station for five continuous hours.
