Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Field Engineering to lead the Tactical Data Links (TDL) Field Service Engineering team in Carlsbad, CA.

This role focuses on planning and executing FSE responsibilities for Link 16 products including platform integration support, demonstrations, and customer training. The ideal candidate will have Link 16 SME knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 7+ years preferred.
• Link 16 TDL systems and products experience preferred.
• U.S. security clearance eligibility (DoD Secret/other) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the TDL FSE team providing onsite integration support for MIDS and NGEN TDL products.
• Coordinates customer training curriculum generation and delivery for TDL products.
• Manages a geographically dispersed team with strategic planning and resource capacity analysis.
