Job summary

Synectic Solutions, Inc. seeks a Tactical Combat Training System Increment II (TCTS II) Development Systems Engineer (Journeyman) to support PMA-205 at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Lexington Park, MD.

The TCTS II program enables secure Live-Virtual-Constructive air combat training with realistic scenarios and cross-service collaboration. The role applies systems engineering methods to design analysis, requirements management, and upgrade planning for complex training systems.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's/Technical or Scientific BS/BA from an accredited college.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a related labor category.
• Demonstrated engineering experience in the field.
• Access to SAP required.

Responsibilities

• TCTS II design analysis and requirements management.
• Upgrade planning and engineering development of complex systems.
• Apply systems engineering methods and tools in development.
• Plan and oversee SETR events for design maturity and readiness.
• Manage Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) development and processing.
• Perform risk management and track mitigations.
