Synectic Solutions is seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer – Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) Training Systems to support the Tactical Combat Training System Increment II (TCTS II) / ATLAS program within the Naval Aviation Training Systems and Ranges Program Office (PMA-205) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD. PMA-205 provides full lifecycle acquisition of naval aviation platforms and general training systems, training range instrumentation systems, and distributed mission training centers. The TCTS II is a next generation secure, Live-Virtual-Constructive (LVC) enabling, air combat training system that offers realistic threat scenarios and secure cross-service training. This position is hybrid with local telework and on-site at NAS Patuxent River as required.
