University of Tennessee, Knoxville, College of Social Work, seeks a Coordinator for the TCSEPP to support participants across Tennessee. The role involves hands-on, relationship-based work to help custodial parents and children engage with the systems they navigate.

Based in Bedford, Lincoln, Marshall, and Moore Counties, TN, the coordinator will connect clients to community resources, conduct outreach, and maintain records. The position is grant-funded and hybrid with travel required.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer/case management experience; in lieu of a degree, two additional years of experience will be considered.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Must have valid driver’s license, automobile at their disposal, and a current automobile liability policy with continuous coverage.
• Ability to assess participant needs and develop positive, trusting relationships with participants.

Responsabilités

• Determine participant eligibility and assess barriers; make referrals for identified barriers.
• Develop individual action plans and provide one-on-one case management for job readiness and emotional support.
• Maintain records of all participant interactions in TCSES, Apricot, Excel, and other systems.
• Monitor participant’s child support eligibility and payments, program involvement and compliance.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local agencies to assist with employment barriers.
