The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, College of Social Work, through SWORPS, is hiring a Coordinator for the Tennessee Child Support Employment & Parenting Program (TCSEPP). The role is based throughout Tennessee, with duties that include building trust with participants and connecting them to community resources.

The position is hybrid and requires travel within Blount County, TN and occasional travel elsewhere.

Qualificações

• Experience: Two years of customer/client (case management) experience or two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must have valid driver’s license, automobile at their disposal, and a current automobile liability policy with continuous coverage.
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: assess participant needs, develop positive relationships, communicate with partners, travel to multiple counties, data management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Determine participant eligibility and assess barriers with referrals.
• Develop individual action plans and provide one-on-one case management for job readiness and emotional support.
• Maintain records in TCSES, Apricot, Excel, and other systems.
• Monitor child support eligibility and program involvement.
• Develop partnerships with local agencies to assist participants.
