The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, College of Social Work, invites applications for a Regional Coordinator in the TCSEPP program. Based in East Tennessee, you will support regions, provide case management, and build partnerships with local agencies while navigating grant funding constraints.

Responsibilities include eligibility determinations, action plan development, records management, and outreach to families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer/client (case management) experience; in lieu of a degree, two additional years considered.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with continuous coverage.
• Ability to travel to multiple counties to serve participants.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Determine participant eligibility and assess barriers; make referrals.
• Develop individual action plans and provide one-on-one case management for job readiness and support.
• Maintain records of participant interactions in TCSES, Apricot, Excel, etc.
• Monitor eligibility, payments, program involvement and employment.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local agencies for employment barriers.
• Attend community interagency meetings to learn about resources.
• Provide regular updates to Child Support staff and attorneys on progress.
• Maintain a court presence to recruit/enroll participants; participate in job/resource fairs.
• Handle fiscal tasks including One Card reconciliation, receipts, and travel reports.
