Job summary

Guilford County Schools is seeking a full-time Health Sciences instructor for Southern Guilford High in Greensboro, NC. The role is a 10-month term with a starting salary of $5,525 per month and a licensure-based salary structure determined by the NC DPI.

A $4,000 annual retention stipend is offered for eligible licensed educators in designated CTE hard-to-fill areas. Eligibility requires meeting all NCDPI licensure and certification requirements.

GCS offers a $4,000 annual retention stipend for licensed educators hired into designated Career and Technical Education (CTE) Hard-to-Fill positions in the following areas:

• Information Technology (Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computer/Network Engineering)
• Healthcare (Nursing Fundamentals)
• Aviation (Aerospace Technology)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Candidates must meet all NCDPI licensure and certification requirements for instruction in these areas.

Payment Details:
