Job summary

Jonathan Club in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a courteous Locker Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and organization of the 5th Floor Men's Locker Room, including restrooms, showers, vanities, cool-off area, and steam/jacuzzi.

The role includes restocking towels and amenities, assisting members with questions, reporting issues to management, and coordinating with Engineering for repairs, while delivering high‑quality personalized service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in luxury spa or gym preferred.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of all the wet areas in the 5th Floor’s Men's Locker Room facilities such as restrooms, showers, vanities, cool-off area, and steam/jacuzzi
• Responsible for maintaining member amenity supplies on a daily basis and reporting to the supervisor when items need to be ordered
• Responsible for ensuring that all towels, sheets, amenities, toiletries, and paper goods are restocked in the designated areas
• Routinely check and refill coffee and cups throughout the day in all areas
• Assist members with any questions and provide high-quality personalized service
• Ensure that Family Privilege Cardholders of members and guests comply with Jonathan Club's Athletics and Wellness policies and regulations
• Report and document all incidents with members and/or guests immediately to the manager
• Report all repair needs to the manager and coordinate with the Engineering department
• Going outdoors and cleaning the Great Lawn.

Pay Rate: $21.55/hour
