Stars Behavioral Health Group is seeking a TBS Coach for our Spanish bilingual division based in San Jose, CA. This in-person role provides behavioral services to children ages 5–21, including behavior management, crisis intervention, and skill-building.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (behavioral science preferred) and at least one year of experience with emotionally disturbed clients; a valid California driver’s license is required.

The Therapeutic Behavioral Services Coach is responsible for working with children in placement to provide a large variety of services ranging from behavior management, crisis intervention, self-help skill building, and other services as needed to provide “whatever it takes” to make a successful placement for the child. The TBS Coach works under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and is a part of the child’s treatment team.
