Job Title: Program Director Division/Program: TAY/Adult FSP Program Starting Compensation: 115000 - 130000 USD Per Year Working Location: Fresno, CA Working Hours/Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Education Master's degree in a social science field plus at least eight (8) years of experience in a behavioral health field including two (2) years in a leadership role; or Bachelor’s degree in a social science field plus at least ten (10) years of experience in a behavioral health field including two (2) years in a leadership role. Experience in community-based mental health care highly desired. License or Certification Licensed as a LMFT, LPCC or LCSW preferred, plus two (2) years post-licensure experience and ability to provide Clinical Supervision to BBS-registered associates preferred.
