Job summary

JDTConsultants, INC. in Seaside, CA is hiring for part-time positions to service youth in Monterey County, providing direct behavioral interventions to reduce high-risk behaviors.

Staff work independently in home, school or community settings, often in the afternoon and some weekends, with a training scheduled in Fresno and supervision weekly in Seaside. Candidates must have a California driver license and reliable transportation; bilingual English and Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an unrelated field and 1 year experience with youth.
• 12 units in SW, Psych, Rehab Counseling, Education Counseling, or Marriage/Family Counseling.
• 6 units plus 1 year full-time experience in human services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral interventions to reduce high-risk youth behaviors.
• Work independently in client homes, schools, or communities.
• Document progress and complete Progress Notes timely.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss progress.
• Attend weekly supervision on Wednesdays in Seaside.
