Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to provide individualized ABA services to clients in Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, and homes across CA. The role focuses on building communication, independence, social participation, and daily living skills under clinical supervision.

You will implement skill programs, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA/BAA, with a flexible schedule and travel pay. Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Availability Monday-Friday, 12:00-8:00 p.m., with consistent attendance for assigned sessions.
• Reliable transportation to Thousand Oaks and Oxnard service locations.
• Access to a compatible mobile device for scheduling, data collection, and documentation.
• Willingness to complete required training and applicable pre-employment screening.
• Spanish proficiency is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized skill acquisition programs and function-based behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA.
• Help clients practice meaningful skills through structured teaching and everyday activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Collect accurate data using the data collection app and complete timely session notes.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and BA A, participate in training, and apply performance feedback.
• Follow individualized safety procedures and promptly report clinical concerns.
• Maintain dependable attendance, professional boundaries, and client confidentiality.
