Job summary

California Department of Transportation seeks a TBMP Inspection Program Coordinator/Program Advisor to manage the district TBMP inspection program, maintain the TBMP database, and drive process improvements. The role requires travel across the district and occasional statewide travel, with a telework option at Caltrans’ discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements are in the Class Specification for TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER (CIVIL).
• For Range D, a valid Professional Engineering License (Civil) is required.
• Possession of a valid California Driver's License is required when operating state vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the District TBMP inspection program and TBMP database maintenance.
• Works as the technical advisor and program coordinator for the TBMP Inspection Program HM-233 TBMP.
• Travels district wide and statewide to supervise reviews and meetings, and to support program objectives.
