Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a TBM Analyst in Technology Consulting to optimize IT spend and enhance cost transparency for a government client. The role emphasizes curiosity, persistence, and hands-on problem solving, with travel up to 10% and an active Secret clearance.

The candidate will transform data from multiple systems, collaborate with data owners, and prepare executive communications while delivering across engagement tasks. Onsite DMV area work is expected.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance (Federal or DoD) required.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 3+ years of overall work experience in IT cost management or TBM-related roles.
• Experience in IT services and/or financial management processes (budgeting, cost allocations, program portfolio management).

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to help manage and improve IT cost transparency and IT planning.
• Identify and analyze key data sets with data owners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
• Create communication materials for IT executives and end users.
• Deliver project tasks and deliverables in coordination with the engagement team and client personnel.
• Work with management at multiple levels to ensure engagement objectives are met.
• Import, transform, and analyze data from systems of record (GL, Fixed Assets, Service Manager, etc.).
• Operationalize data by loading, validating, and reviewing in a timely manner.
